OUR EXPERIENCES
We offer two types of unforgettable water-based experiences:
FLOAT FITNESS
(PILATES, YOGA, STRETCH)
Strengthen, stretch, and centre, while floating. Our Float Fitness Experience blends movement and mindfulness on water for a truly unique group session.
Choose from Pilates, Yoga, or Stretch session, designed to challenge balance, engage the core, and calm the nervous system.

Each session is guided by a certified instructor and delivered on our signature floating boards at our outdoor beachside location, Bellamy Beach, Rose Bay.

Perfect for team-building, wellness days, hens parties, or birthdays, no prior experience needed.

FLOATING SOUND BATH
Unplug, float, and deeply relax.

Our Floating Sound Bath Experience offers a restorative journey into stillness, set on water. Let your team or group unwind as they float on our custom Aqua Sculpt boards, while calming sound frequencies wash over them.

Perfect for corporate wellness, hens parties, or birthday celebrations, this session promotes deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a powerful sense of connection.

Held at our outdoor beachside location Bellamy Beach, Rose Bay.
