Sydney:
Our Sydney sessions are located in Rose Bay. Our Spring/Summer location is at Bellamy Beach, a beautiful secluded, calm cove in Sydney Easter Suburbs.

Gold Coast:

Jakarta:

How much is it for one person to attend a floating sound bath

Tickets are $150 per person for a premium floating board.

If you're not quite ready to float or on a budget, you can join our immersive experience round the sound bowls and enjoy the same sound journey from the beachside with our Yoga Mat options at just $65pp.

How often to your floating sound baths run?

Unlike our Floating Pilates sessions, that run weekly, our Floating Sound Baths run like a monthly event. We currently run them on the 3rd Sunday of each month.

If you can't make the month sessions, you can book a private session on any date of the week however there is a minimum booking of 6 x Floating Boards.

Can I book a Private Experience for me and my friends/family?

Yes absolutely. We run many floating sound bath and floating Pilates sessions for private groups. There is a minimum booking of 6 people for private events.

What if I have never done a Sound Bath?

Accepted Answer

That is absolutely fine. Anyone can join a floating sound bath. They are effortless, no physical fitness is required, you simply relax and let us do all the work.

Question 8

How do you stop the boards from floating away?

Accepted Answer

Your board will not float away. We anchor the boards so they do not drift and we also operate in shallow water, around 1-2 feet in depth.

Will I get wet at a Floating Sound Bath?

No you do not get wet. Our team will assist you onto your floating board. We get wet so you do not have to.

What do you wear to a Floating Sound Bath?

Anything that is comfortable. We recommend loungewear, attire that is loose and comfortable.

Your Aqua Sculpt floating board, blanket, pillow and eye mask.

If you are coming on a Beachside Yoga Mat ticket, please bring your own yoga/pilate mat. We also recommend bringing a water bottle for hydration.

I'm on a budget but want to join the experience, what options do you have?

If you are on a budget or not quite ready to float, you can join us beachside and the enjoy the exact same sound scape without the weightless of the water. Our Beachside BYO Yoga Mat tickets are just $65pp

Where are Sydney sessions held?

For Spring Summer, the Sydney sessions are held at Bellamy Beach in Rose Bay. Bellamy Beach is a beautiful secluded cove to the left of The Boathouse Rose Bay. The water is shallow and flat, making it ideal for our floating wellness experiences.

For Winter, we head indoors to the private pool at Cranbrook Aquatic Centre in Rose Bay, part of Cranbrook School.

How often to the sessions run?

We currently run these sessions weekly every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Floating Sound Baths
These are run 1-2 times per month. Book early to avoid disappointment.

What is floating pilates and is it safe?

Accepted Answer

Floating Pilates is performed on specially designed inflatable boards, which are used as a floating exercise platform on calm water. It's completely safe with our certified  Aqua Sculpt Instructors, safety briefings, and all necessary equipment provided. The water adds an element of instability that engages your core muscles more than traditional pilates.

Do the boards float away?

Absolutely not. We anchor the board close to the shore using weights. It still creates the instability to challenge the core and switch on the stabilising muscles but it means your board will not drift away and your board will remain around 5 meters from shore at all times.

Do you need to swim?

Accepted Answer

While swimming ability is preferred, it's not mandatory. We operate in water depth where participants can safely stand, approximately 1m depth. For participants lacking water confidence, we provide a Restube belt. (https://restube.net.au/products/restube-classic)A Restube is a compact pouch that attaches round your waist like a belt. In the event of an emergency you can pull the trigger to instantly inflate a buoyancy tube that will keep you afloat.  Our certified instructors are also trained in water safety and monitor all participants closely throughout the session. If you lack water confidence, please notify our team prior to your session.

What do you wear?

Participants can wear supportive swimwear or comfortable activewear that can get wet. We recommend bringing a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and a change of clothes. All equipment including your Aqua Sculpt floating board is provided.

Will I get wet?

Accepted Answer

Yes you will get wet setting up your board in the water but the water is shallow and will not exceed your waist level.

Will I fall off the board?

Accepted Answer

We have not had anyone fall off the boards during the classical mat pilates exercises but where it can be wobbly in the during the balance challenges. Some people do fall off the boards during the balance challenges but we cannot predict who or how many people will fall. Somethings no one falls in and other times 50% fall in. It will come down to your balance, the water conditions on the day and where you get tempted to look at your friends or other people. If you do fall it, it's shallow and you can touch the ground and you simply just pop back on your board.

Can I attend if I have never done Pilates?

Absolutely. Our sessions are designed not only for beginners to float fitness but also beginners in Pilates. Our trained instructors will offer beginner, intermediate and advanced options for all levels. And if something doesn't feel right, just lie back on your board and enjoy the sun!

How many people are in a session?

For our public sessions we have been 6-10 people. We keep them intimate we can our focus on each individual as everyone comes at different fitness levels and we want to ensure everyone feels comfortable.

For private sessions, we can accommodate up to 20 people.
