Floating Pilates Arrives On The Central Coast!
Updated: Aug 19

Founders, Nina (Aqua Sculpt) and Mel (M.O Movement), are joining forces to bring our exciting pool-based Floating Pilates to the vibrant surrounds of voco Gosford by IHG.
As Mel says, there’s nothing like this on the Central Coast right now. So, gather your friends, book your spaces early, and get ready to float, laugh and feel the burn in the hotel’s resort-style podium pool.
'...there’s nothing like this on the Central Coast right now'

Among stylish surrounds, with incredible views of Gosford skyline and sparkling Brisbane Water, we engage together in a totally unique wellness experience, offering a fun blend of movement and relaxation at the heart of the city.
As our excitement builds, we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to catch up with Mel on the Central Coast. We asked her five questions to introduce her to our community, as well as to reveal exactly what you can expect when you book a Floating Pilates session with us.
Join us every Friday and Saturday morning!
Hello Mel! Please introduce yourself to the Aqua Sculpt community?
“My name’s Mel and I’m from M.O Movement. My background is I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years – Pilates teacher for a few years less than that and an Aqua Sculpt licensee this year.”
How did you become a Certified Aqua Sculpt partner?
“I instantly fell in love with it and it was actually my sister who said: ‘you could do that’. And I was like: ‘yeah, I could do that’. I contacted Nina and the rest is pretty much history.”
What are you most excited for?
“I’m really excited to bring it to the Central Coast because I think it just fits the whole vibe. We love our community atmosphere here, we love the water and I just think it will be a lot of fun for people.”
Anything else like this on the Central Coast right now?
“There’s nothing else happening on the Central Coast like this at the moment. So we’re really happy to bring [Aqua Sculpt Floating Pilates] to the coast so you all get to experience it.”
Who can take part in our Aqua Sculpt Floating Pilates sessions?
“It’s open to absolutely everyone, near and far, so come along and join us.”
Float and flow with us! Don’t forget to sign up to the Aqua Sculpt newsletter to stay ahead of all our future launches and announcements…

Floating Pilates on the Central Coast seems like a fresh, creative way to blend fitness with the open air. As a student i find these kind of inventive activities rather interesting because they can make working out feel less repetitive. Also, a phrase like ghost writers near me might, in a different context, come with personalised coaching, showing how specialised services can be tuned to meet different needs of each person, kind of like how the routine is adjusted for your body, in a gentle way or so.
