Payment:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $600 per person is required to secure your place.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on 6th January 2026. If booking within that period, full payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellations:

The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made after the final payment due date are non-refundable however, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend at no extra cost, provided you notify us prior to the retreat.

If you need to transfer your spot to a friend and they are in shared accommodation, it is your responsibility to ensure your replacement is approved by your roommate(s) and that all parties are comfortable with the change.

​If you’ve paid a deposit but choose not to proceed with the final payment, please note that your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our policy.
