Price include accommodation and activities + meals & beverages valued at $1095 per person

Cancellation Policy
Payment: - A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to secure your place. - The remaining balance is split over 2 dates nearer the retreat date: A second deposit on 1st August 2026 of $1000 per person and the remaining balance on1st September 2026. If booking within that period, full payment is required at time of booking. - Payment Plans: To explore payment plans, please email us at info@aquasculpt.au for more details. Cancellations: - The deposit is non-refundable. - Cancellations made after the final payment due date are non-refundable however, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend at no extra cost, provided you notify us prior to the retreat. - If you need to transfer your spot to a friend and they are in shared accommodation, it is your responsibility to ensure your replacement is approved by your roommate(s) and that all parties are comfortable with the change. - If you’ve paid a deposit but choose not to proceed with the final payment, please note that your booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our policy. - We recommend guests purchase travel insurance in case of any unforeseen circumstances. - This booking policy is for Aqua Sculpt Retreats hosted by Sydney HQ only.
