FLOAT WITH INTENSION
Aqua Sculpt offers a range of Float Fitness programs, including Aqua Sculpt Floating Pilates and Aqua Sculpt Floating Yoga. These unique movement experiences combine elements of Pilates, yoga and mindful movement on water. Supported by our purpose-built Aqua Sculpt floating boards, guests are guided through a series of movements designed to improve balance, strength, mobility and body awareness. The gentle movement of the water adds an extra layer of challenge and engagement, activating stabilising muscles while creating a calming and uplifting experience.

All sessions are led by Aqua Sculpt Certified Instructors who have successfully completed the Aqua Sculpt Method™ Proprietary Training Program, ensuring a safe, consistent and high-quality experience across all Aqua Sculpt locations worldwide.
