A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you lie back and are “bathed” in calming sounds and vibrations. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes, the sounds help quiet the mind, relax the body and bring you into a meditative state, no experience required. Many people leave feeling calmer, lighter and more rested.

An Aqua Sculpt Floating Sound Bath is a sound bath experienced while floating on the water, allowing the combination of sound and gentle movement to support deep relaxation and nervous-system reset. Experiencing a sound bath on water adds an extra layer of relaxation. Floating naturally reduces pressure on the body, helping muscles soften and the nervous system settle more quickly. The gentle movement of the water encourages slower breathing, while sound vibrations travel more easily across the surface of the water, creating a fuller, more immersive experience. Many guests describe a floating sound bath as feeling deeper, more grounding and more calming than a traditional sound bath on land with reports of increased sleep quality and mental clarity.

Tickets are $150 per person for a premium floating board. If you're not quite ready to float or on a budget, you can join our immersive experience round the sound bowls and enjoy the same sound journey from the beachside with our Yoga Mat options at just $65pp.

Unlike our Floating Pilates sessions, that run weekly, our Floating Sound Baths run like a monthly event. We currently run them on the 3rd Sunday of each month. If you can't make the month sessions, you can book a private session on any date of the week however there is a minimum booking of 6 x Floating Boards.

That is absolutely fine. Anyone can join a floating sound bath. They are effortless, no physical fitness is required, you simply relax and let us do all the work.

Your board will not float away. We anchor the boards so they do not drift and we also operate in shallow water, around 1-2 feet in depth.

No you do not get wet. Our team will assist you onto your floating board. We get wet so you do not have to.

Anything that is comfortable. We recommend loungewear, attire that is loose and comfortable.

Your Aqua Sculpt floating board, blanket, pillow and eye mask. If you are coming on a Beachside Yoga Mat ticket, please bring your own yoga/pilate mat. We also recommend bringing a water bottle for hydration.
