I confirm that I do not have any physical limitations, medical conditions or injuries that would affect my ability to swim or prevent me from participating in an Aqua Sculpt Float Fitness (Pilates, Yoga, Stretch, HIIT) or Floating Sound Bath session.*

I acknowledge the inherent risks and voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may result from my participation. I hereby waive and release the businesses, its owners, it's hotel partners and its staff from any and all liability, past, present, and future, relating to the services provided.*
