Service Description
Sink into stillness for 75 minutes as you experience our immersive sunset Floating Sound Bath in the outdoor infinity pool at the InterContinental Coogee Beach, overlooking the ocean as the sun sets over Coogee. This deeply restorative experience invites you to slow down, switch off, and reconnect. As the sounds of the ocean blend with a carefully curated soundscape, you'll be guided into a state of calm, helping to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and create space for reflection and renewal. What to expect on a Premium Floating Board: Float effortlessly on your own Aqua Sculpt™ Floating Board as you're gently supported by the water. Wrapped in a cosy blanket with a pillow and eye mask, you'll drift into deep relaxation while immersed in the soothing sounds of the evening and the calming rhythm of the ocean beyond. Conclude the evening with a selection of herbal teas, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored. Experience includes: 60 Minutes - Soundscape with Crystal Bowls 15 Minutes - Concludes with Herbal Teas and Community Connection *Floating Board, Eye Mask, Blanket and Pillow is provided* What to wear: Dress in comfortable loungewear and layers to keep cosy as the sun sets. Our team will assist you onto your floating board from the poolside, allowing you to enjoy the experience without entering the water or getting wet. What experience is required? Cancellation Policy
- Non-refundable. - Rescheduling permitted up to 48 hours before your session. - Changes must be made via the booking system before the 48-hour cutoff. - No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the booking. - Bookings are transferable to another person if you can’t attend. - Our Floating experiences are designed to be enjoyed outdoors and will proceed in light rain. Should weather conditions be deemed unsafe, the event will be rescheduled and guests will be offered a credit or the option to move their booking to a future session. *This booking policy is for InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach and Bellamy Beach locations*
