Please read the following disclaimer carefully before buying and using our Aqua Sculpt Float Fitness Board. By using this product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

Intended Use:

• The Float Fitness Board is designed for recreational fitness and wellness activities in a pool environment.
• It is intended for use by individuals who are proficient swimmers and are familiar with pool safety guidelines.
• Our Boards are not to be purchased for commercial use. 

Assumption of Risk:

• The use of the Float Fitness Board involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury or damage.
• Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the product.

Pool Conditions:

• Ensure that the pool in which the Float Fitness Board is used is properly maintained, and all safety precautions are followed.
• Boards must be securely anchored in the middle of your pool using weight bags or appropriate anchoring methods to prevent drifting during use.
• Your board must be positioned a minimum of 2 metres away from all hard surfaces including pool walls, edges, steps, or coping tiles. This space is essential to reduce the risk of collision or injury if you lose balance.
• Do not stand or perform dynamic movements on the board if your pool does not have sufficient space to safely anchor the board with this minimum 2-metre clearance. Seated or kneeling exercises may still be possible depending on your setup.
• Check for any obstacles, sharp objects, or hazardous conditions in the pool before use.

Supervision:

• Users should be supervised, especially if they are not experienced swimmers or are using the product in a pool environment with inherent risks.

Manufacturer's Limitation of Liability:

• The manufacturer, distributor, and seller of the Float Fitness Board shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of this product.
• Aqua Sculpt is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from failure to follow these safety instructions, including but not limited to:

- Not securing the board properly

- Placing the board too close to pool edges

- Using the board in an unsuitable pool environment

Product Inspection:

• Inspect the Float Fitness Board before each use for any signs of wear, damage, or defect. Do not use a damaged or defective product.

Proper Use:

• The Float Fitness Board should only be used for its intended purpose. Do not use the product for activities other than those specified in the user guidelines.
