We do not sell any pharmaceuticals or weight loss drugs. Aqua Sculpt is an Australian owned wellness business focused on movement, mindfulness, and fitness experiences. We are NOT affiliated in any way with any company selling weight loss medication, including any based in the United States. If you have reached this page in error or are contacting us regarding weight loss drugs, please note that you have the wrong business. All inquiries related to such products will not be responded to, and no refunds will be issued as we do not sell these itemsunder any circumstances.
Activewear & Accessories Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly. In this case we can offer a fully refund if returned within 14 days (Australia) OR an exchange or credit note (valid for 24 months).
Please note we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Please note for all swimwear products we cannot accept any returns where the hygiene pad has been removed. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or style is not available, we will provide you with a credit note or order you a new item in.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note, you must:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

The item must have all swing tags and hygiene liners intact.

Complete return authorisation form once provide to you by our customer support team

Include the returns form in your return parcel

Sale items cannot be returned for an exchange or credit note.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@aquasculpt.au. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assess the damage or defect. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. All Aqua Sculpt board sales are final.
If your board arrives faulty or damaged, please follow these steps:

We will arrange a return shipping label at no cost to you
