By participating in any activities organised or conducted by Aqua Sculpt, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in Yoga, Float Fitness or Sound Meditations sessions involves certain inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

2. Physical Condition: I will attend the session in a non-intoxicated state, and the instructor reserves the right to refuse entry should I be found to be under the influence. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions or injuries that would prevent me from participating in aqua or float fitness sessions. I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or limitations to Aqua Sculpt before participating.

3. Pregnant Policy:

Floating Fitness Sessions:
For safety reasons, Aqua Sculpt floating fitness sessions are not suitable during pregnancy. We are unable to accept participants who are pregnant in these sessions. Participation while pregnant without notifying us is done entirely at your own risk, and you accept full responsibility for any risks or outcomes associated with participation.

Floating Sound Baths & Morning Meditations:
Sound baths and meditation sessions may be suitable during pregnancy; however, individual comfort and circumstances vary. If you are pregnant, please consider the following:

• You may be more sensitive to sound and vibration.

• Lying on your back is not recommended, particularly in later pregnancy. We suggest remaining seated or lying on your side.

• Sound baths can sometimes bring strong relaxation or emotional responses.

• If you have a high-risk pregnancy or any medical concerns, please consult your doctor or midwife before attending.

Pregnant participants attending sound bath or meditation sessions must complete a pregnancy waiver confirming they have no medical concerns preventing participation.

4. Release of Liability: I hereby release Hirschfeld Holdings trading as Aqua Sculpt, its owners, partners, instructors, employees, agents and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during my participation in aqua fitness sessions.

5. Waiver of Claims: I waive and relinquish all claims and rights I may have against Aqua Sculpt arising out of my participation in aqua fitness or sound bath sessions, including claims for negligence, breach of warranty, or any other cause of action.

6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hirschfeld Holdings trading as Aqua Sculpt, its owners, partners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of my participation in aqua fitness and floating sound bath sessions sessions.

7. Photographic Release: I grant Aqua Sculpt the right to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during any float fitness, floating sound bath or other wellness sessions for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Severability: If any provision of this liability waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Children: This program is tailored to adults and for that reason we only allow aged 18 years or above to attend our sessions. Should you participate in one of our sessions without our knowledge, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information and that you assume full responsibility for any risks.
